When you are a young guy, losing your girl is one of the most painful things you can experience. You may think, if it happens when you are older, it will be easier to deal with, but it won’t be. The pain may feel different and you may handle it differently when you are younger, but it’s the same in the end. If you are going through heartbreak like this and are left puzzled asking girlfriend breaking up with me, why?, then you need to know the truth why it happened. It mainly boils down to 3 legit causes, you, her or somebody else.

1. It’s You.

You may have some qualities that drive her crazy and I’m not talking about good qualities. What is it that irritates her? Is there something you are doing that would cause her to want to leave? You know firsthand what it is, if it is something you’re doing. It could be something that you find amusing or fun , but she absolutely can’t stand.

If you want her, stop it. You have to choose whats more important. If it’s something she believes you have an issue with or you know you have issues with it, have the decency to get it checked out for her. Make an effort to take care of it.

#2. Her.

She may be dealing with things that are driving the two of you further apart. There could be a lot of reasons for this. Your goal is to try to keep things normal, as it is the best thing for you to do. While she’s figuring things out, she needs space. Acting as if nothing is wrong is not what I’m telling you to do. Keep your cool but let her know, that you know issues exist. In the end, letting her go might be best.

If she decides to come back, then keep things healthy and in perspective. If she decides not to, then respect her feelings and decision. Keep the faith and don’t give up while you are asking yourself, why is my girlfriend breaking up with me, because it may only be temporary.

Reason #3. It’s Someone Else

The cause of girlfriend breaking up can be due to someone she’s now involved with. It hurts and causes serious heartache to hear this, but there is nothing you can really do to change this. If her heart and mind is gone, she’s gone. Don’t make a huge mistake by becoming violent or acting out, as this will only lead to a not so good situation becoming very bad.

If you keep your composure and have restraint from being emotional, you will be showing her that she is possibly making the wrong move. In all honesty, if she was unfaithful with you, odds are she will be with anyone else as well. So, you’re in a better situation not being with her anyway.

Normally when girlfriend breaking up happens, it’s normally one of these three categories it falls under, but there are other reasons that could be the cause as well. Going through something like this can be extremely difficult, but you come out of it a stronger person. You will be more confident as well. If girlfriend breaking up with you happens, making sure to keep all things and scenarios in perspective will always help you to sort things out.
